You will create an impact in this role by:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs speciality in Technology & Data.
  • Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates.
  • Update recruiting procedures or create new procedures.
  • Has to have a great communication in order to streamline processes, solve problems and identify areas in need of improvement.
  • Perform phone interviews with candidates, and perform reference and background checks.
  • Evaluate and suggest the best recruiting tools for the employer.
  • Administer appropriate company assessments.
  • Sort out candidates’ profiles from Job portals, send the technical test, and set up interviews.

What you will need to make an impact:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Psychology with experience in end to end Tech recruitment speciality in Technology & Data positions.
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
  • Has a wide link of candidates especially in technology positions.
  • Enjoy working under pressure in a fast-paced result-driven start-up environment.
