Talent Sourcing Officer

You will create an impact in this role by:

  • Collaborate with People Acquisitions to provide throughout input on the talent landscape and plan recruitment pipeline needs
  • Source and identify passive and active candidates for talent pools
  • Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards, and social media
  • Keep and update the candidate pool on our ATS
  • Conduct psychological test and create a simple report of candidate’s personality

What you will need to create an impact:

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or relevant role
  • Have experience in startup or headhunter is a plus
  • Knowledge of psychological test (MBT, DISC, etc)
  • Familiarity with application tracking systems
  • Hands-on and knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Jobstreet, etc
  • Good time management, interpersonal, eager to learn, and communication skill
  • Willing to be place in Bandung
