Talent Acquisition [Internship]

You will create an impact in this role by:

• Coordinate with People Acquisition & Engagement Manager to identify staffing needs
• Determine selection criteria
• Assist recruiter in sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and arranging interview schedule
• Other tasks as assigned by the hiring manager

What you will need to create an impact:

• Fresh graduates or final year students from any major
• Hands-on experience with recruitment is a plus
• Are proactive and have strong communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Verbal & written.
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
• Willing to be place in Bandung
