Regional Controller

You will create an impact in this role by

• Assist regional management with financial decisions (PNL)
• Controlling field team operational data and updating productivity data per Regional
• Monitor daily execution and programs that occur in the field
• Analysis of financial data such as business reports, financial forecasts, and statements to understand the financial state of the business
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the achievements of the field team and compare the analysis with real conditions in the field
• Understand company finances to meet legal requirements and maintain good financial condition
• Stay up-to-date to understand how to maximize profits and discover new expansion areas

What you will need to create an impact

• Minimum bachelor degree form any major
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the same field, experience at Startup is preferred
• Have knowledge and experience about the sales process in retail, and an expert in data analysis
• Logical and methodological approach to analysis
• Good at time management and able to work under pressure
• Detail oriented
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
