Improve and maintain the quality of the field sales team in their area effectively to meet sales targets
Ensure that the field team operations run well according to the KPIs that have been set
Maintain stock and product supply (eFishery Mall) to meet demand in the area.
Achieve additional commercial and business targets in the area according to the priorities of the BU
Ensure the achievement and process of AR collection in accordance with the priorities of the BU
Manage Field Activator in order to carry out sales activities of company products with customers according to the targets set by the company in accordance with the priorities of the BU
What you will need to create an impact:
Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree from any major. Fisheries and/or Agribusiness majors are preferable
Have experience and knowledge in sales or operations
Sales skills/Salesmanship Territory or territory management
Have a strong sales skills/salesmanship, territory management, and leadership skill
Have a good knowledge of distribution
Able to work under pressure and customer/target orientation
