Harvest Team Coordinator (Northern West Java/Pantura)

You will create an impact in this role by:

• Canvassing Local Harvest Team Vendors and do acquisition
• Harvest shrimp based on Working Order (WO) in a safe, efficient manner, ensuring productivity and quality goals are met or exceeded focusing on thoroughness, quality, and speed
• Sort harvested shrimp by size as mention on WO
• Pack and load harvested shrimp to Logistic Fleet
• Safely and responsibly use any hand tools provided
• Utilises best practices based on instruction from harvest trainer/specialist

What you will need to create an impact:

• Have ability in Shrimp Harvest activity based
• Have ability working to specific timelines and tight deadlines
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Good team work, taft, discipline and fast response
• Having knowledge of tools / method for Shrimp Harvesting
• Have an high productivity stability
