Drive and own key partnership with Banks and Fintechs for Kabayan products (Farmers market segment)
Drive and own key partnerships with other ancillary players in Kabayan Ecosystem such as credit bureaus, KYC vendors, insurance partners, etc that come from various industries
Manage all commercial negotiations with the financial partners using a high degree of creativity in terms of deal structuring
Working closely with multiple key stakeholders within and outside the companies including senior/high management, funders, customers, farmers and other departments to bring new financial products to market and grow existing products
Identify and create improvement or strategic partnership ideas specific to eFishery Fund Product to maintain sustainability and competitive edge through Farmers & Funders
Understand Funder’s markets and use competitive insight to create actionable partnership plans and leverage/extend product nuances into strategic recommendations to deliver success for eFishery farmers
Ensure that company strategies are followed with good executions to Funders, especially banking partners and follow up actions are taken in all end to end processes
What you will need to create an impact:
More than 5 years of experience working in corporate banking or working in Fintech with the responsibility of banking/Fintech partnerships. A combination of banking and Fintech experience would be ideal!
Strong technical understanding of MSME Lending, especially with deep understanding of lending financials and unit economics for Farmers Financing.
Have personal values and interest for building social impact for Farmers
Very good understanding of credit risk and regulatory frameworks in Indonesia related to lending products
Strong network of connections within the Indonesian lending and Fintech ecosystems which can be leveraged to build key partnership for eFishery
