You will create an impact in this role by:
- With B2B Lead, design area mapping based on each potency.
- Initiate visit to all new Customers and register it to the system.
- Grouping selected Customers into an effective and efficient route plan and conducting visits to each Customer based on a set call cycle.
- Taking orders from each Customer and making sure payment will be done before order is delivered from the factory.
- Coordination with the factory sales team to ensure product stock level and delivery schedules to each Customer.
- Reach GMV and GPM targets for its own territory.
- Build good relations with the factory sales team.
- Conduct a report, brief and meeting as much as needed according to ordinate direction.
What you will need to create an impact:
- Strong experiences in handling Wholesale/Pareto Outlet/Agent-Sub Agent/Retailer in cigarette or consumer goods industry for at least 2 years.
- Have strong knowledge related to KYC in existing areas or regions.
- Good communication, negotiation skills and good attitude especially in facing and building good relations with Wholesale/Pareto Outlet/Agent-Sub Agent/Retailer.
- Have experience in Sales Operation: area mapping, route plan creation, maintain customers and comfort to work under tight target and timeline.
- Able to work both in a small-medium team and as an individual contributor.
- Have A & C license and own a motorcycle.
- Willing to be place in West Java, Central Java, East Java, or North Sumatra.
