Ensuring that KPI targets (monthly) for all Point Coordinators are achieved
Building good relationship with farmers
Improving and maintaining the quality of the field sales team in their area effectively to meet sales targets
Ensuring that the field team operations run well according to the KPIs that have been set
Maintaining stock and product supply (eFishery Mall) to meet demand in the area
Achieving additional commercial and business targets in the area according to the priorities of the BU
Ensure the achievement and process of AR collection in accordance with the priorities of the BU
Manage the field team in order to carry out the company’s product sales activities with customers according to the targets set by the company in accordance with the priorities of the BU
Make sales plans, promotion plans, visit plans every month in collaboration with the field marketing team
Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly metric achievement reports
Conduct customer and market analysis to plan and execute regional initiatives in order to maximize growth in achievement in one area
What you will need to create an impact:
Minimum bachelor’s degree from any major with minimum 3 years experience in sales
Have experience and knowledge of sales data analysis and processing in the retail industry
Have a strong sales skills/salesmanship, territory management, and leadership skill
Have a good knowledge of distribution
Able to work under pressure and customer/target orientation
